Really impressed with the service. They repaired my wife’s iPhone screen swiftly and professionally, and it was ready to collect exactly as promised.
When I picked it up, Phil also pointed out that the previous screen was an LCD, which is something you can often find on refurbished handsets. That was really useful knowledge to have for the future and something I wouldn’t otherwise have known.

These guys are great!
I have now been into the shop twice.
The first occasion, my son’s iPad had stopped charging. After diagnosing the issue, I was given sound advice and in the end I opted to send it back to apple for reconditioning. The diagnostic fee that I had agreed to pay was waived. I felt this was very generous, particularly as I had been given such good and honest advice, and the time that had been spent diagnosing the fault
The second occasion was this week, my partner had dropped her phone and the screen went completely black. I took the phone in on Friday, the part was ordered there and then, and by 1100 on Saturday the phone was fixed up as good as new at a fraction of the apple price. Stellar customer service and very reasonable pricing.

Extremely friendly, fast and efficient service. All the customers I saw served were looked after in the way they needed with appropriate advice. No hard upselling, just pure great service. Fixed my phone screen in 40 min and threw in a screen protector for a fiver as well, which was much appreciated!

Had battery replaced on iPhone, not a straightforward job . Booked appointment online, job done efficiently and cheaper than if I had sent to Apple . Also far more convenient . Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, we cannot thank you enough.
While on holiday our Daughter dropped her IP11 cracking the screen like crazy paving,
FoneFix responded to messages over the weekend and we visited on the Monday for a new screen. Only had to wait 45 mins to collect.
