Our principals will never change, we will always: Provide a minimum 12 Month Warranty, aim to carry out all repairs within 24 hours, usually within 1 hour and never ever carry out unnecessary work.

Send Us Your Device

Once you have selected a repair service you require and have completed checkout. Pop your device (s) in to us in person or send your device(s) to the address shown in your invoice.

We’ll Get to Work

Once we receive your device we will begin diagnosing and repairing the fault. Then, when we have completed the repairs we will carry out a series of tests to ensure the fault is fixed.

Return Back to You

When all the necessery repairs have been made, we will call you to arrange collection or for postal repairs we will aim to get your device back to you the very next day!

Frequently Asked Questions

My Touchscreen Doesn’t Work

Many touchscreens won't work if the device has had a severe fall, impact or is smashed from previous damage. All our screens are of premium or OEM quality, many are sourced direct from the OEM manufacturer and come with a lifetime warranty.

Can I Deliver My Device in Person?

Yes, we re open as usual in our shop on New Street in Honiton. We will continue to fully sanitise all devices before and after repair and will continue to do so whilst it deemed necessary. To help with your safety we also accept contactless payments such as Apple Pay.

What Happens if You Can’t Fix My Device?

We understand that not everything can be repaired and sometimes it is not cost effective to do so.If we can't fix your device we will get in touch with you to discuss your options. Of course there will be no charge for our work as we operate a no-fix-no-fee policy.

Is The Postage Insured When You Send Back My Device?

We always recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes £500 minimum insurance cover, so rest assured you won't be out of pocket if the worst happens. We also recommend insuring the mail to the value of your phone when you send it in for repairs.
