Quite simply within 24hrs, many repair companies claim to repair your device within this time frame but keep you waiting days or even weeks, we complete 90% of all repairs within 24hrs, fact! And often in as little as one hour. Occasionally repairs can take 3-5 working days from receipt of the device, especially if your device has been sent in for diagnosis, has experienced liquid damage or has complications, this can sometimes extend the repair time.
Our addresses are listed below and will also be supplied in the booking confirmation email once you have completed the booking on our website. We can also arrange to collect your device from you within Honiton. We test, repair then test again before dropping your iPhone, iPad, smartphone or tablet back to you the very same day. Of course! Our New Street shop is open as normal in Honiton. We have contactless payments and fully sanitise all devices before and after repair. This is something we do as standard, even before Covid and will continue to do so long after.
99% of the time the answer is yes. However, when arranging a screen or home button repair, FoneFix Honiton cannot be held responsible for home button or Touch/Face ID failure. This is due to matters beyond our control along with the extremely fragile and unreliable nature of the home button on the iPhone 7/8 series and some model iPads and Face ID on newer models. A repair of this nature is very unlikely to cause an issue with Touch/Face ID or the home button but may occur in 1-2 repairs in 100. In replacing a screen on a device running iOS and an active Touch/Face ID, you do run the risk of damaging the Touch/Face ID function during a screen replacement. In accepting and agreeing to our terms and conditions you are accepting the risk involved and the potential loss of Touch/Face ID.

We carry out repairs using Premium quality parts and also fit genuine OEM parts on many of the devices we repair which is why we offer a minimum 12 Month warranty extended to lifetime on all phone screens. For most repairs we can complete the work within one hour and have your device back to you looking and workign like new. For repairs that require non stock items we can source most parts the very next day.
